Rate of Pay - $2,038per week per CBA.
Primary Responsibilities- Installation,repair,replacement,and maintenance
ofelectricalsystems.
Install electrical wiring, fixtures and equipment as part of the building infrastructure as well as its associated machinery and lighting systems. - Maintenance.Perform routine maintenance on electrical systemsto ensureoptimalperformance and safety.
- Troubleshooting.Diagnose and repair electrical issues.
Ensureappropriateresponsetooperationalemergenciesandotherunforeseencircumstances. - Compliance.Ensure that all electrical work complies withlocal (NYC) and national safety codes and regulations.
- Inspections.Conduct inspections of electrical equipment and its components. Maintain records and prepare reports
- Respondingtoemergencysituations
andenvironmentalcomplianceemergencies
- Education
.Ahighschooldiplomaequivalentwithcompletionofanapprenticeshipprogramorvocationaltraininginelectricaltechnology. - Licensing. Special Electrician License NYC DOB
- Technical Skills
.Proficiencyinreadingblueprintsandtechnicaldiagrams,aswellasknowledgeofelectricalsystemsandsafetyprotocols. - Problem-Solving

.Abilitytoperformphysicallydemandingtasks,includingliftingheavyequipmentandworkinginconfinedspaces. - Experience and expertise

Stage Theatre. Opera experience is desirable
