Beam Living in New York City is seeking a skilled Masonry Mechanic to join our onsite maintenance team. You’ll perform repairs, rebuilds, plastering, tiling and restoration work on ceilings, walls and floors across our properties, using a variety of materials and tools, while delivering excellent resident service.
The ideal candidate has 3–5+ years of trades experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to multi‑task under pressure in a fast‑paced environment.
