K  is looking for a Rotating Technician II who maintains rotating equipment in good condition. Carry out installation, maintenance, and repair of rotating equipment and mechanical systems to required standards.

Responsibilities:

• Allocate maintenance activities to various technicians and assemble the team.
• Supervise all ongoing jobs and update the progress to Foreman.
• Organize manpower resources, equipment, and materials availability.
• Arrange necessary work permits before starting of work.
• Provide technical advice to technicians to use proper tools and equipment.
• Coordinate with Operations, Maintenance Planning, and Technical departments to execute and complete the job.
• Ensure that SAP data input, history, and actual hours are maintained.
• Attend daily and weekly maintenance progress meetings.
• Maintain strict compliance with SATORP standards and guidelines.
• Ensure the compliance of safe work practices, hazardous work regulations, and PPE usage according to SATORP standards.
• Encourage reporting of near miss, unsafe conditions, and acts.
• Participates in safety audits.
• Attend the safety and technical training as scheduled.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 4-6 years' experience in Oil & Gas maintenance – Diploma/Bachelors.
• Strong technical understanding of maintenance management of Oil & Gas Facilities
• Well organized and proactive with excellent communication skills
• Proven leadership skills with large organizations
• Maturity of judgment under pressure and ability to resolve problems
• Strategic management skills
• An ability to achieve business results working in a multi-cultural environment
