Position Overview
We’re looking for motivated, engaged people to help make everyone’s journeys better. Position responsible for a broad range of maintenance activities that keep flight kitchen units operating efficiently and effectively.
Compensation & LocationSalary: $80,000–$90,000 per year

- Maintain daily, weekly, and/or monthly reports and inspections as required
- Perform preventative, diagnostic, and corrective maintenance on company equipment
- Troubleshoot, repair, modify, overhaul, or refurbish standard and special purpose equipment and systems
- Perform HVAC, plumbing, and electrical maintenance as needed
- Troubleshoot production equipment in the unit
- Read and understand electrical schematics
- Maintain on‑site service logs/service books
- Flexible shifts and hours
- Complete CAR requests for capital expenditures
- Coordinate vendors for maintenance and obtain approvals before requests are completed
- Education: High School Diploma or GED required; completion of some mechanical, electrical, plumbing, or technical school training; a four‑year college degree or two‑year technical trade school is a plus.
- Work Experience: Minimum 2 years as a maintenance mechanic/technician; minimum 4 years as a facility maintenance manager or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Skills:
Strong technical aptitude; in‑depth knowledge of equipment operation and maintenance; excellent electrical, plumbing, and mechanical diagnostic skills; ability to work in a fast‑paced, deadline‑driven environment; comfortable with all levels of employees; handle multiple tasks without losing focus on priorities; strong analytical and communication skills; electrical and/or plumbing license(s) is a plus. - Language/Communication: Excellent written and oral communication skills.

Ability to travel up to 50% of the time - Work Environment:
Regularly stands, bends, lifts, and moves intermittently during shifts of 10+ hours; physical discomfort due to temperature and noise; can lift, push, pull, and move >25 pounds; rotating schedule of over 55 hours per week typical; works overtime as needed.
