Unitec seeks an experienced Maintenance Foreman for its New York City location to ensure safe and reliable operation of elevators and lifting equipment. You will inspect, diagnose, repair, and install elevators, escalators, and related systems, and respond to emergencies.
Minimum of 7 years in elevator repair and maintenance is required, with a NYS & NYC Mechanics License and apprenticeship or technical training. Excellent customer service and strong safety knowledge are essential.
