• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications to plan carpentry work
• Measure, cut, shape, and assemble wood and other materials for construction projects
• Install framing, walls, floors, roofing structures, doors, and windows
• Perform finish carpentry including trim, molding, cabinetry, and custom woodwork
• Inspect and repair existing structures, identifying and resolving issues as needed
• Collaborate with contractors, subcontractors, and project managers to meet deadlines
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized job site in compliance with safety standards

• Proven experience as a Carpenter in residential or commercial construction
• Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, and carpentry equipment
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
• Strong knowledge of framing, rough carpentry, and finish carpentry techniques
• Physical ability to lift heavy materials and work in various weather conditions
• Reliable, detail-oriented, and committed to delivering quality craftsmanship
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation preferred
