Location: New York
The New York City Housing Authority (NYCHA) is seeking a Maintenance Worker to monitor and repair heat and hot water systems in boiler and tank rooms. You will inspect pumps, valves, burners and related equipment, report daily activities, and respond to resident complaints to ensure continuous service.
You will operate boiler plant with safety checks, read fuels, monitor feed water, and perform minor repairs. Daily testing of boiler make-up water and inspections are required.
