Position Type: Hybrid (measuring/install)

Are you mechanically inclined, detail-oriented, and looking for a dynamic role that keeps you moving? CIP VA is seeking a skilled Measure & Install Technician to join our growing team.

In this hybrid role, you will split your time between collecting precise field measurements and completing expert installations.

• Precision Measuring: Travel to residential construction sites to collect, record, and return accurate, legible field data per CIP guidelines.
• Expert Installation: Follow installation instructions carefully to ensure high-quality results on-site.
• Efficiency & Planning: Plan and prioritize daily assignments to maximize productivity and minimize waste.
• Communication: Maintain clear, concise communication with office personnel regarding field updates or issues.
• Vehicle & Safety: Operate a company-provided vehicle safely, keep it clean and inventoried, and report maintenance needs promptly.

• Experience: Background in installation, residential construction, or a similar technical role preferred.

  Strong technical aptitude, attention to detail, and the ability to interpret technical instructions.
• Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. unassisted.
• Driver Requirements: Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and a clean driving record.
