Location: New York
Ascento is seeking an independent, proactive hands-on robot fixer to service hardware and firmware on customer sites across the United States. You will debug issues, apply fixes, and coordinate with our HQ in Switzerland as part of our US expansion.
You will be the first robot fixer on the ground, supporting operations and field teams. This role requires hands-on work with electronics and moving parts, travel readiness, and the ability to learn new tools quickly under pressure.
