What You’ll Do Diagnose and repair major home appliances, including refrigerators, washers, dryers, and ovens.

Conduct routine preventive maintenance and inspections to keep appliances running at peak performance.

Explain findings, repair options, and recommendations to customers in a clear, friendly manner.

Accurately record services performed, parts utilized, and repair outcomes.

Stay current with emerging appliance technologies and industry developments.

Work safely and adhere to company policies and procedures on every job.

What You Bring High school diploma or equivalent; formal technical training in appliance repair is a plus.

Hands-on experience servicing both appliances and refrigeration systems.

Strong diagnostic ability and resourceful problem-solving skills.

Excellent customer communication and service mindset.

Self-directed with solid time-management and organizational habits.

Valid driver’s license and dependable transportation.

Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices for appliance service.
