Ryder System is seeking a Master Level Diesel Technician to perform expert diagnostics, repair, and preventive maintenance on a diverse transportation fleet. In this on-site role, you will troubleshoot complex engine, electrical, emissions, and drivetrain issues using advanced diagnostic tools while ensuring safety and DOT compliance. You'll help keep customer operations running reliably, document all service activity, and partner with operations teams to reduce downtime.
As a senior technician, you'll also mentor junior techs, support continuous improvement, and grow your career within Ryder's large, technology-enabled fleet network.
