Bike Mechanic (m,f

We are partnering with a rapidly growing e-­mobility startup to recruit Bike Mechanics for their workshop in Brooklyn, New York.

In this role, you will be responsible for the full repair and refurbishment process of e-­bikes, ensuring they are delivered to customers in excellent condition. You will work with a variety of e-­bike models in a well‑equipped workshop, contributing to process improvements and operational excellence.

• Diagnose, repair, and refurbish e-­bikes, including:
  Battery systems, Head units, Drive units, Lighting systems, Electronic sensors, All mechanical bicycle components
• Prepare e-­bikes for delivery and maintain the existing fleet in optimal condition
• Collaborate with your team to continuously improve service quality and e-­bike conditions
• Suggest and implement improvements to warehouse operations and workflow
• Maintain high standards of accuracy, quality, and safety in all repair tasks

• Extensive expertise in electric bike mechanics
• Strong knowledge of bicycle repair and maintenance
  
  Passion for excellence and ability to work thoroughly and independently
• Interest in experimenting with new repair processes and continuous improvement
• Good knowledge of English for communication with team members
• Problem‑solving skills and attention to detail
• Team‑oriented mindset with a proactive attitude

• Full‑time on‑site role in Brooklyn, New York
