On offer is a varied field‑based position where you'll install, commission and optimise Building Automation Systems (BAS) across commercial and multifamily properties. You will diagnose and repair controls systems, work with controllers, sensors, relays, valves, and electrical control panels, commission new installations, troubleshoot hardware and software faults, and act as the primary technical contact on customer sites while delivering projects from installation through to completion.

This role would suit a Building Automation, Controls or HVAC Technician looking for technical progression, specialist BAS experience and the opportunity to become a recognised technical expert within a growing business.

• Install, commission and optimise Building Automation Systems (BAS) across commercial properties
• Diagnose, repair and replace controllers, sensors, relays, valves, transformers and other controls equipment
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, networking and electrical control systems while managing projects on‑site

• Experience installing or servicing Building Automation Systems and HVAC controls
• Experience with electrical control wiring and BAS components
• Valid driver’s license
