F. O'Brien & Co. is seeking a Lead HVAC Installer to oversee installation of HVAC equipment, ductwork, fittings, and control wiring. You will lead the install team, ensure on-time, on-budget execution, and maintain high customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities include testing, documentation, and training helpers; managing stock; and communicating with customers and supervisors. Must have 3‑4 years driving experience and be over 21; prior lead installer experience preferred.
