GH Induction Atmospheres LLC is looking for a skilled Electrical Technician to join our team in Rochester, NY! This is an exciting opportunity to work with cutting-edge induction heating and thermal processing technology in a dynamic, hands-on environment. • Install, maintain, and troubleshoot electrical systems, components, and equipment
• Perform diagnostic testing and preventive maintenance on industrial electrical systems
• Read and interpret electrical schematics, blueprints, and technical diagrams
• Repair and replace faulty wiring, circuit breakers, panels, and control systems
• Collaborate with engineering and production teams to support equipment builds and upgrades
• Ensure compliance with NEC codes, safety standards, and company protocols
• Document maintenance activities, inspections, and repair logs accurately

• Associate's degree or technical certification in Electrical Technology or related field
• 2+ years of experience as an Electrical Technician in an industrial or manufacturing environment
• Proficiency in reading electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and technical manuals
• Experience with PLCs, control panels, and low/high voltage systems
• Knowledge of NEC codes and OSHA electrical safety standards
• Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
