NYCHA is seeking a Supervisor Plumber to directly supervise and coordinate all plumbers and helpers in the Fire Safety Department, overseeing abatement emergencies and scheduling inspections, testing, maintenance, repairs, replacements, modifications, and installations of fire protection systems across NYCHA properties.
Responsibilities include field inspections, managing work orders, coordinating with DOB and FNDY, maintaining tools and equipment, and providing technical guidance to trades.
