Asset Living is seeking a Make Ready technician to support maintenance across our community properties. You will perform corrective, preventive, routine, emergency and cosmetic tasks under supervision to meet operational goals.
You will ensure units meet property standards before new residents move in, repair fixtures, paint, install appliances, and check plumbing and electrical systems. Daily on-site presence and safety compliance are expected.
