Handyman, Trades ​/ Skilled Labor, Building Maintenance

C&W Services -  - Responsibilities:
Perform general maintenance functions including patching and painting walls, replacing ceiling tiles and minor equipment, plumbing, and carpentry repairs;
Install office partitions and furniture;
Install a variety of flooring materials;
Repair furniture;
Patch and paint walls;
Install and maintain door closers, locksets and passage sets;
Perform minor plumbing repairs;
Perform preventive maintenance on facility equipment;
Install bulletin boards and writing boards;
Replace damaged ceiling tiles and floor tiles;
Replace damaged baseboards;
Assess problems quickly and accurately;
Work independently with little supervision;
Learn new tasks and systems;
Receive and give constructive feedback;
Manage time to complete tasks on schedule;
Use common hand tools and power tools;
Operate van, scissors lifts, basket trucks as required;
Follow written and verbal instructions;
Support company goals and objectives;
Perform other duties including snow removal and assisting other tradesmen as assigned
