Starting at $20 per hour, with higher pay based on experience and demonstrated skills

Mobile World LLC is seeking a dependable and experienced Cell Phone Repair Technician to join our growing repair operation in Marine Park, Brooklyn.
Responsibilities- Diagnose and repair iPhones, Samsung phones, and other mobile devices
- Perform screen, battery, charging-port, camera, speaker, microphone, and button repairs
- Troubleshoot hardware and software problems
- Complete device setup, software updates, and data transfers
- Clearly explain repair options and estimated completion times to customers
- Handle customer devices and information carefully
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional workstation
- Hands-on cell phone repair experience
- Ability to diagnose common mobile-device problems
- Experience completing repairs carefully and independently
- Strong attention to detail
- Dependable, professional, and organized
- Good customer-service and communication skills
- Ability to communicate effectively in English
- Microsoldering or other soldering work
- Board-level diagnostics and repair
- Laptop and desktop computer repair
- Windows installation, troubleshooting, and virus removal
- CCTV security camera and DVR/NVR knowledge
- Networking, Wi-Fi, router, and cabling experience
- Tablet, game-console, or other electronics repair experience
