Job Title
Full Time/12 Months
6:00 am- 2:30 pm Monday-Friday
Duties- Prepares and paints or varnishes interior or exterior building surfaces and allied equipment; mixes colors, as required; assists in hanging wallpaper.
- Uses a variety of hand and power tools in construction, remodeling, or repairing doors, window frames, floors, cabinets, furniture or makes concrete forms, as required.
- Inspects, repairs, and installs a wide variety of electrical equipment, fixtures, and wiring.
- Mixes and applies cement or plaster to floors, walls, ceilings; lays brick and tiles and finishes tile flooring; makes repairs to tile roofs, as required.
- Supervises personnel assigned to assist in performing one or more of maintenance duties as required.
- Installs and repairs roofing and siding; performs related mechanical operations.
- Keeps working tools, equipment, and work area clean and in good condition.
