Quality Design & Remodel is an award-winning home remodeler in Delmar, NY, looking to hire a full-time (M-F, 7 AM - 4 PM) skilled carpenter/remodeler. Compensation starts at $65,000 and can go up to $90,000, based on experience.

• Oversee an entire project’s carpentry work. This includes the pre-planning, drafting, ordering of materials, construction, and finishing phases of a project. (Other phases, such as demolition and cleanup, are handled by other crews.)
• Ensure your work on the job site is organized and tidy so all team members can do their jobs safely and efficiently.
• Provide updates to Project Managers on project timelines and as tasks are completed.
• Determine the appropriate materials and supplies necessary for each project.
• Complete all finish-carpentry tasks with the highest level of detail and quality.

• In-depth knowledge of all aspects of carpentry (tools, materials, and techniques).
• Ability to implement projects according to exact specifications.
• Positive attitude, good team member, and ability to work independently.
• Driver’s license
