• $50–$60/hour, including base pay and performance incentives

• 18% starting commission on repairs, upgrades, and service replacements

• Qualified service calls so you can focus on diagnosing issues and presenting solutions

• Report to our Port Jefferson Station, NY office for in-house training, service truck pickup, and daily dispatch before servicing customers throughout Suffolk County and surrounding local communities.

• Perform residential electrical service calls throughout Suffolk County and surrounding local communities

• Troubleshoot electrical systems, including panels, wiring, outlets, lighting, switches, and service upgrades

• Diagnose electrical issues and present repair and replacement options to homeowners

• Educate customers on electrical safety, code compliance, and system improvement opportunities

• Recommend and close sales for repairs, upgrades, and electrical safety enhancements

• Complete accurate job documentation and communicate effectively with customers and team members

• Maintain a clean, organized work area and professional appearance

• Follow all local, state, and National Electrical Code (NEC) requirements and safety standards

• 5–7 years of residential electrical service experience

• Advanced residential electrical troubleshooting and diagnostic skills

• Experience servicing electrical panels, wiring, lighting, outlets, switches, and service upgrades

• Proven ability to present repair options and discuss pricing with homeowners

• Strong consultative sales skills in a residential service environment

• Excellent customer service and communication skills

• Ability to work independently while maintaining high-quality workmanship

• Commitment to safety and electrical code compliance

• Valid driver's license
