Diagnose, repair, and provide planned maintenance on commercial cooking, refrigeration, and dishwashing equipment;
Provide service to customers in your area demonstrating mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting;
Read diagrams and schematics to diagnose issues;
Produce accurate and timely administrative documents, such as work orders, time reporting, receipts, and truck stock inventory;
Communicate with manufacturers as needed to help with diagnoses and parts identification
