NYU Langone Health - - Responsibilities:
Inspects, installs, repairs and replaces pipes, fittings and plumbing fixtures to maintain steam, gas systems (natural, clinical and operational) and plumbing systems of the plant.;
Repairs and maintains piping systems and plumbing fixtures; inspects connections and other parts of system for leaks.;
Operates various tools and machinery including snake and torch; uses wrenches of all sizes.;
Maintains job completion records and submits house calls and PMRs to foreman; estimates materials and records time on each work order.;
Performs other duties as assigned by foreman and/or manager.
