Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated and skilled HVAC Technician who is eager to grow into a leadership role as a Project Foreman. This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on technician who wants to advance their career by developing supervisory and project management skills.

• Perform installation, maintenance, and repair of HVAC systems, as required, according to company standards.
• Troubleshoot and resolve HVAC system issues efficiently and safely.
• Support project documentation and reporting efforts.
• Participate in safety meetings and comply with all safety regulations.
• Collaborate with project teams and subcontractors on-site.
• Demonstrate leadership potential by taking initiative and learning project management tasks.
• Progressively take on more responsibility leading toward a Project Superintendent role.

• 5-7+ Years experience as an HVAC Technician or relevant technical training.
• Strong mechanical aptitude, problem-solving skills, familiarity with field service apps for work tickets etc.
• Willingness to learn and grow into a supervisory role.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to troubleshoot effectively, read blueprints and technical manuals.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Up to date certifications – FDNY F-60 & G-60, OSHA 40 or 62 and EPA 608 are mandatory.
