Location: New York
Stonehenge Management LLC in Manhattan is seeking a hands-on handyman to maintain a designated residential building, perform move-in and move-out inspections, and handle daily work orders. You will repair cabinets, countertops, closets, and appliances, and inspect building mechanical systems to identify failures or breakdowns.
Experience with plumbing and electrical systems is required, and prior work in residential properties is preferred.
