** What You'll Be Doing
*** Perform electrical maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on plant equipment and systems
* Install and maintain motors, drives, lighting, and control systems
* Read and interpret electrical schematics, blueprints, and technical manuals
* Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies
* Collaborate with maintenance and operations teams to minimize downtime
** What Are We Looking For
*** Demonstrated knowledge of industrial electrical systems and controls
* Ability to diagnose and repair electrical issues efficiently and safely
* Familiarity with PLCs, VFDs, and motor control systems
* Strong commitment to safety and teamwork
* Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment
** Conditions of Employment
*** Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check
* Some positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing
** Work Environment
*** Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.
