Rosetti Development is currently seeking maintenance technicians to join our team. Responsibilities include preparing newly vacated residential and commercial units, responding to resident maintenance requests and general property maintenance such as snow removal and salting of properties on an as-needed basis. Candidate will be expected to conduct regular inspections of buildings, grounds, and vacant units to identify deficiencies and communicate concerns and issues with Supervisor and office staff.
Qualifications- Strong skills in Equipment Maintenance and Maintenance & Repair for building systems and property-related equipment.
- Basic knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and carpentry; ability to use hand and power tools safely.
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical training or certifications in maintenance or a related field preferred.
- Prior experience in residential or commercial property maintenance is highly beneficial.
- Strong attention to detail, time management, and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks.
- Capacity to work independently, follow safety procedures, and communicate effectively with residents, tenants, and colleagues.
- Ability to work a rotating on-call schedule and extended hours as required
- Must have a valid Driver's License
