Responsibilities
- Respond to residential HVAC service calls for heating and cooling systems.
- Diagnose, repair, and maintain furnaces, air conditioners, and related components.
- Perform routine preventive maintenance and system tune-ups.
- Ensure all work meets safety standards, codes, and company quality guidelines.
- Explain findings, options, and recommendations clearly to homeowners.
- Prepare accurate service tickets, estimates, and documentation.
- Maintain company vehicle, tools, and inventory in clean, safe condition.
- Collaborate with team members and participate in ongoing technical training.
