LP Maintenance LLC is looking for a skilled HVAC Technician to join our growing team in New York, NY! You will be assigned to one specific client, who has multiple locations to ensure their HVAC systems run at peak performance. • Maintain, and repair heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and refrigeration systems
• Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and control system failures
• Perform routine preventive maintenance on HVAC equipment and systems
• Read and interpret blueprints, wiring diagrams, and equipment manuals
• Ensure all work complies with local NYC building codes and safety regulations
• Communicate effectively with clients regarding system issues and completed repairs
• Maintain accurate service records and document all work performed

• 2+ years of hands-on HVAC installation, maintenance, and repair experience
• Strong knowledge of electrical, mechanical, and refrigeration systems
• Familiarity with NYC building codes and safety standards
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication and customer service skills
