Skilled Laborer
We are seeking a dedicated Skilled Laborer to join our team and bring expertise in diagnosing and clearing commercial drain and sewer blockages. This role involves using a variety of tools and equipment, including cables, augers, hydro-jetting equipment, and drain cameras. You will also perform sewer and drain inspections, assist with sewer repairs, and maintain your service vehicle. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to develop their skills in plumbing and construction.
Responsibilities:
- Diagnose and clear commercial drain and sewer blockages using cables, augers, hydro-jetting equipment, and drain cameras.
- Perform sewer and drain inspections and explain findings to customers in plain language.
- Assist with sewer repairs and related plumbing service work.
- Keep your service vehicle stocked, clean, and organized.
- Participate in a rotating on-call schedule for emergency calls during evenings and weekends.
Essential
Skills:
- At least 1 year of plumbing or related construction work experience.
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
- OSHA 10 Certification and a safety-oriented mindset.
Additional Skills &
Qualifications:
- Experience in drywall, carpentry, framing, millwork, and finish work.
- Proficiency in plumbing services, especially in commercial environments.

Work Environment:
Work in active commercial job sites including office, retail, healthcare, education, and industrial settings. Standard working hours are Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM, with overtime available.

Pay and Benefits:
The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $30.00/hr individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
