Location: New York
305 West End Assisted Living in New York, NY is seeking a Maintenance Assistant for a 40-hour weekly schedule with on-site duties. The role includes painting, light plumbing, carpentry, HVAC, electrical work, and preventive maintenance to keep our luxury community safe and welcoming.
You will work weekends and weekdays as scheduled (Fri-Sun 3pm-11pm; Mon-Tue 9am-5pm). A high school diploma is required; HVAC experience is a plus, and a strong customer-service attitude is essential.
