Job Description

We are seeking a Licensed Plumber with over 10 years of experience to handle residential plumbing projects. The ideal candidate will work independently and lead a small team during regular business hours. This role involves installation, repair, maintenance, and inspection using standard plumbing tools, specialized plumbing software, and mobile devices for managing work orders. There are opportunities for certification advancement, career progression into supervisory roles, and cross-training in related trades.

Responsibilities

• Install, repair, and maintain residential plumbing systems
• Inspect plumbing installations to ensure compliance with standards
• Lead and coordinate a small plumbing team
• Utilize specialized plumbing software and mobile devices for work order management
• Ensure safety compliance during all plumbing activities
• Provide customer service and communicate effectively with clients and team members

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in plumbing

• Local Plumbing License
• Pipe fitting skills
• Blueprint reading proficiency
• Knowledge of water supply and drainage systems
