Cool Sys is seeking a Journeyman Refrigeration technician to support our HVAC Wholesale customers within our Engineering, Maintenance & Asset Management team. In this field role, you will install, start up, troubleshoot, and repair commercial and industrial refrigeration systems, including racks, condensers, and controls, while ensuring peak efficiency and reliability. You'll perform preventive maintenance, accurately document service, and collaborate with engineers and asset managers.

Responsibilities
- Install, start up, troubleshoot, and repair commercial and industrial refrigeration systems for HVAC wholesale customers
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on racks, parallel systems, condensers, and controls to ensure reliability and efficiency
- Diagnose electrical, mechanical, and refrigerant issues, document findings, and complete accurate service reports
- Collaborate with engineering, maintenance, and asset management teams to optimize system performance and support capital projects
- Follow Cool
- Sys safety standards, environmental regulations, and customer procedures while providing professional, customer-focused service
