Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair HVAC systems including chillers, rooftop units, and split systems primarily in commercial settings.
• Perform routine preventive and predictive maintenance to ensure that building systems operate efficiently.
• Troubleshoot and resolve advanced mechanical and electrical problems.
• Supervise and guide junior technicians, providing training as needed.
• Ensure compliance with all applicable building codes and safety standards.
