Own Your Career as a Field Service Representative
Responsibilities- Install, start up, and instruct customers on technology represented by Stiles
- Diagnose and resolve mechanical, electrical, and operational issues in the field
- Document work performed, problems encountered, and customer concerns clearly and promptly
- Recommend improvements pertaining to reliability, performance, and long-term operation
- Build trusted relationships with customers and serve as a technical partner and problem solver, not just a service call
- Assist in training customers and Stiles service representatives on proper equipment use and maintenance
- Maintain showroom equipment and assist with customer demos as needed
- Continuously develop your skills and knowledge of the technology you’re working on while working alongside vendor technicians and experienced Stiles team members
- Regional travel averaging four days per week, with overtime and mileage reimbursement

- A valid driver’s license and the ability to travel regularly
- A flexible schedule and a strong sense of responsibility and professionalism
- Two years of technical schooling in electronics or a related field, equivalent hands‑on experience, a related associate’s degree, or a willingness to learn
- Prior experience in CNC, PC-based controls, machine service, maintenance, or operation or completion of a Field Service training program
- Associate’s degree or equivalent in technical training (preferred)
- Maintenance or operation experience with woodworking machinery and technology (preferred)
- N/C, P/C, or maintenance experience (preferred)
- Mechanical experience (preferred)
- Military technical experience (preferred)
