Casella Waste Systems - - Responsibilities:
Operate heavy equipment including skid steer and payloader in the Material Recovery Facility (MRF);
Perform pre/post operation inspections and ensure safety equipment is functional;
Monitor equipment condition to minimize downtime and clear debris as needed;
Perform minor servicing on equipment and coordinate with maintenance for major repairs;
Assist technicians with maintenance and participate in training and development opportunities
