Cox Fleet is offering an enrollment-based path to become a Mobile Diesel Technician through the Flee Tec Academy. The program covers 10 weeks of paid classroom training, travel and hotel accommodations, and meals stipends.
After training, trainees are paired with a Lead Technician and offered a full-time role in the market. Participants will receive real pay during training: starting at $13/hr with stipends, advancing to $19/hr, then $21/hr on graduation, with continued opportunities for raises
