We're looking for experienced Framing and Drywall Specialists to join our team on commercial construction projects, including fast-food restaurants and other commercial buildings. If you have experience with metal stud framing, drywall installation, and finishing work, we want to hear from you.

This is a full-time, year-round position with steady hours, overtime opportunities, and room for growth.

• Read blueprints and construction plans.
• Measure, cut, and install metal stud framing for walls and ceilings.
• Hang drywall in commercial spaces.
• Tape, mud, sand, and finish drywall for a professional final product.
• Install acoustical ceilings and complete trim work as needed.
• Use hand and power tools safely and effectively.
• Ensure all work meets quality standards and project specifications.
• Work with other trades to keep projects on schedule.
• Maintain a safe and organized job site.

• Experience with commercial framing and drywall installation.
• Ability to read and understand blueprints.
• Experience with metal studs, drywall finishing, and trim work.
• Familiarity with acoustical ceilings is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and quality workmanship.
• Ability to work safely in an active construction environment.
• Reliable, dependable, and willing to work overtime when needed.

• 1st Shift: Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM-3:30 PM
• Overtime available based on project needs
• Work on active commercial construction sites
• Physical, hands-on role that may include lifting materials and working from ladders or scaffolding

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Clarence, NY.

The pay range for this position is $13.00 - $21.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
