As a technician, you will be the face of Tru Blue, performing a variety of tasks that keep homes safe and functional.

• General Repairs: Tackle “honey-do” lists including carpentry, drywall patching, painting, misc. interior/exterior and flooring repairs.

• Safety Upgrades: Install grab bars, ramps, and other accessibility modifications to support seniors.

• Maintenance: Perform seasonal home tune-ups and basic plumbing/electrical fixes (e.g., changing fixtures, fixing toilets).

• Customer Connection: Build trust with clients through clear communication, respectful behavior, and “clean-as-you-go” professionalism.

• Experienced: 3-5+ years of paid experience in home repairs, remodeling, or a specialized trade.

• Skilled: Proficient in using hand and power tools safely and effectively.

• Reliable: You show up on time, every time, and take pride in doing the job right the first time.

• Empathetic: You enjoy helping people and can communicate effectively with seniors and their families.

• Consistency: Stable, year-round work with a predictable schedule (no chasing leads).
• Support: A dedicated office team to handle scheduling, billing, and logistics so you can focus on the craft.
