City of Buffalo is seeking a Water Service Worker to perform skilled repetitive manual labor in installing, maintaining, and repairing components of the city water distribution system under supervision.
Responsibilities include valve and hydrant work, taps on water mains, back filling, operating jackhammer, caulking joints, driving repair trucks, and routine vehicle maintenance. A NYS Class B CDL is required within six months of appointment.
