Shop and Facilities Technician

Kinsley Group seeks a Shop and Facilities Technician to support maintenance of generators, tools, and facility systems in our onsite power and energy operations. In this role, you'll perform inspections, repairs, and preventive maintenance on shop equipment, building systems, and support infrastructure to ensure safe, reliable operation. You'll assist with staging and testing generator systems, maintain inventories, and uphold housekeeping and safety standards.

Work closely with technicians and project teams in a collaborative, safety-focused environment with strong training and advancement opportunities in critical power.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on shop equipment, tools, and facility systems
• Support staging, testing, and readiness of generator and power system equipment
• Conduct routine inspections to identify safety, maintenance, and repair needs
• Maintain clean, organized, and safe shop and facility areas
• Assist with parts, tools, and consumables inventory management
• Document maintenance activities using logs or CMMS tools
• Collaborate with field technicians and project teams to support operations
• Follow all safety procedures, PPE requirements, and company policies
