Aboutthe Role
We're looking for a Landscape Laborer / Crew Member to join our installation and maintenance teams. This is an entry-level position - no prior landscaping experience required, just a strong work ethic, willingness to learn, and reliability. You'll work alongside experienced crew members and foremen, gaining hands-on skills across every part of the trade: installation and construction, planting, and garden care..

- Assist with hardscape construction: building decks, patios, fences, and other structures.
- Support softscape work: planting, installing lighting and irrigation systems.
- Perform garden maintenance for established client properties (pruning, weeding, seasonal cleanups, etc.).
- Load, transport, and handle materials, tools, and equipment safely.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe job site.
- Follow directions from crew leads and foremen, and work well as part of a team.
- No experience necessary - we'll train the right person.
- Ability to perform physical labor outdoors in all seasons (lifting, digging, kneeling, standing for extended periods).
- Reliable transportation to job sites around Brooklyn.
- Strong work ethic, punctuality, and willingness to learn.
- Ability to take direction and work well in a team setting.
- A valid driver's license is a plus but not required.
- Competitive hourly pay: $25.00-$27.50/hr, based on experience.
- On-the-job training in both hardscape and softscape trades.

Schedule: Monday - Friday 8-4:30
Salary: $25 - $27.5 hourly
Starting time: Immediate start!
