Asphalt Plant Ground Crew Member

Full-Time

C.R. Jackson is hiring a Ground Crew Member to work at our asphalt plant. In this role, you’ll help keep the plant running smoothly by doing hands‑on work like cleaning, moving materials, and helping with maintenance. You’ll work outdoors, use tools, and support the plant team to make sure we produce high‑quality asphalt.

• Clean and maintain plant work areas
• Assist with loading materials and keeping the site organized
• Help plant operators and mechanics with daily tasks
• Use hand and power tools to complete basic labor tasks
• Follow safety rules and wear PPE at all times
• Be ready to work on weekends and nights when needed

• High school diploma or GED (preferred)
• Experience in construction or plant work (a plus, but not required)
• Able to lift 50–80 lbs and work outdoors in all weather
• Willing to learn and follow instructions
• Good attitude and strong work ethic
• Valid driver’s license with a good driving record and reliable transportation
