Director, HVAC Systems

Jersey Refrigeration is hiring an experienced HVAC/R Service Technician.

We're a growing, well-established mechanical services company serving Newark and the surrounding ~20-mile area, and we're investing in modern tools (Service Titan, company vehicles, tablets) to make our techs' jobs easier and more efficient.

What You'll Do Diagnose, repair, and maintain residential and light commercial HVAC/refrigeration systems Perform tune-ups, installs, and service calls using Service Titan for scheduling and job documentation Communicate clearly with customers and represent the company professionally on every call Keep your van stocked and organized; document jobs with photos What We're Looking For Minimum 5 years of hands-on HVAC/R service experience (residential and/or light commercial) Valid driver's license with a clean-ish driving record EPA Universal certification preferred You do NOT need to hold your own NJ HVAC license - you'll work under our Master HVACR license Reliable, punctual, and takes pride in doing the job right the first time What We Offer Competitive pay based on experience, plus performance-based incentives Company vehicle, tools/equipment provided Group health benefits Paid time off (12 PTO days + 1 week vacation, front-loaded January
