Job SummaryThis internship provides an opportunity to work alongside the Penn Transformation project team, developing foundational skills in construction project management and project finance. The Intern will assist with project coordination, scheduling, financial tracking, reporting, and other activities that support the successful delivery of transformation projects.
Essential Functions- Assist in coordinating project activities by scheduling meetings, preparing documentation, and maintaining communication between various stakeholders.
- Conduct site inspections under supervision, helping to monitor progress, assess safety compliance, and ensure quality control.
- Gather, organize, and analyze project data to aid decision‑making processes.
- Must be actively pursuing a degree at an accredited educational institution.
- Must be actively pursuing a degree in Engineering, Construction Management and/or Finance.
- Must have at least 1 year of academic undergraduate studies completed or a sophomore status at minimum.
- Must have a cumulative GPA of 2.8 or higher.
The hourly range is $18.00 per hour - $35.00 per hour. Pay is based on factors including school year, program of study, etc. In addition, paid internships include Amtrak rail pass privileges as a part of the experience along with one (1) PTO day per academic year.
