• Perform HVAC maintenance, troubleshooting, repairs, and installations
• Diagnose and resolve heating, cooling, and ventilation system issues
• Support residential and commercial HVAC projects
• Follow company safety standards and operational procedures
• Complete service documentation accurately and professionally
• Provide excellent customer service and represent the company positively
• Continuously develop your technical knowledge and field expertise

• Minimum 1 year of HVAC field experience preferred
• Valid driver's license required
• Basic to intermediate English communication skills
• Strong work ethic, reliability, and accountability
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Commitment to learning and long-term career growth

• EPA Certification
• HVAC Trade School Education
• Residential and/or Commercial HVAC experience
• Installation and Service experience
• Mechanical, Technical, or Engineering background

• Starting at $20+ per hour based on experience, certifications, and skill level
