About the Company

We're a busy, growing mechanical services company serving commercial and residential clients across Manhattan. Our technicians work on a wide range of buildings — from high-rises to boutique properties — which means variety, not the same job site every day.

About the Role

We're hiring an experienced HVAC Technician to join our team, working across a broad mix of systems and building types throughout the city. You'll split time between preventive maintenance, service calls, and construction-side install work — so no two weeks look the same.

What You'll Do
  • Perform preventive maintenance across a variety of HVAC systems
  • Respond to repair calls and replace units when a repair isn't enough
  • Install, troubleshoot, and repair a wide range of system types, including:
    • VRF systems
    • Standard split systems
    • Heat pumps
    • Chillers
    • Condenser water systems
    • Pumps
    • VFDs
    • Refrigeration systems
  • Read and work from control wiring diagrams across all systems above
  • Diagnose issues hands-on and restore systems to proper operation efficiently
What You Bring
  • 5+ years of hands‑on HVAC experience
  • EPA Universal Certification
  • Valid driver's license
  • 40-Hour SST (Site Safety Training) Certification
  • Comfort working independently and troubleshooting on the fly across different systems and buildings
Nice to Have
  • Additional certifications or specialized training (e.g., chiller-specific, VRF manufacturer certs, controls training)
Compensation & Perks
  • $35.00–$45.00/hour
  • Company vehicle provided, including take-home use
  • Full-time, steady year-round work across a diverse Manhattan client base
