Laborer, Trades ​/ Skilled Labor, Landscaping

We are looking for a dedicated laborer to join our team.

This is routine manual work that requires no previous training and experience, but requires physical endurance and willingness to perform menial tasks. Constant oversight is maintained over work at all times Does related work as required.

7:15AM - 3:15PM, 12

Month Position

• Cleans and maintains the interior and exterior of buildings and grounds;
• Performs unskilled work in concrete, carpentry, plumbing, electrical, painting, masonry and landscaping work;
• Load and unload trucks;
• Carries supplies and tools;
• Labor work as needed;
• Performs a variety of ground-keeping activities including, but not limited to: snow removal, mowing and trimming lawns, planting and weeding;

Willingness to perform routine manual work; ability to lift heavy weights; physical endurance; good physical condition.

No minimum qualifications, but experience in manual labor is desirable.

All employees hired must have electronic fingerprint clearance through the NYSEducation Department prior to employment. A required fee of $102.50 must be paid by debit orcredit card to the New York State Education Department.
