Piper Companies is seeking a Senior Level DAS Service Technician to join a leading technology and professional services organization in either the DMV area or Ohio
. This role supports the maintenance, troubleshooting, and optimization of Distributed Antenna Systems (DAS) and wireless infrastructure. The ideal candidate brings strong experience with RF systems, fiber infrastructure, and technical problem-solving in field service environments.
- Troubleshoot complex DAS, RF, fiber, and network-related issues.
- Perform advanced testing, fault isolation, and system validation.
- Analyze alarms, performance trends, and recurring incidents to identify root causes.
- Support escalations with manufacturers, engineers, and carriers.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior technicians.
- 5+ years of DAS, RF, wireless, or telecommunications experience.
- Advanced knowledge of DAS architecture, RF systems, fiber optics, and coaxial infrastructure.
- Experience with RF diagnostic and testing equipment.
- Ability to independently resolve complex technical issues.
- OEM or industry certifications related to DAS, RF, or fiber are preferred.
- Valid driver's license and ability to travel as needed.
- Must be eligible to work in the United States
- Salary Range: $120,000 - $140,000 (based on experience) plus vehicle allowance, laptop, and cell allowance with MBO
